Here we have taken some of our favourite elements from group training and redesigned them to ensure a training session that is particularly constructive while also being free from stress. At the same time, there are also opportunities for you to challenge yourself and to receive a real energy boost. We call this Soft.
At Soft träning, there is great scope for you to adapt the workout to meet your own level of ability. Soft is a great alternative if you feel that our regular sessions can be a bit too tough or too fast-paced. This is ideal not only for older participants but also for those that are beginners in a particular training form or for anyone who prefers to exercise at a stress-free tempo. You will receive additional guidance and be given the time to really perfect each exercise. Soft is serious training but also gentle.
