Do you like no-nonsense strength training? If so, then Skivstång soft is for you! Here you train to driving music as part of a group using a weights bar with free weights. The leader guides and motivates you to find the right technique with the right feel.
Here you work on the stability and strength of your whole body. You decide your own level of strain as it’s up to you to choose the weights. A great combination of strength and music.
At Skivstång soft, you will have plenty of time to get into each exercise and the leader places additional focus on helping you to find the best way to tackle the exercises. This session is particularly suitable if you are new, unaccustomed, or if you prefer to train at a stress-free pace.
