At Jympa, you get it all in one: fitness training, strength training and flexibility training. You work out without any equipment – your body is all you need.
Jympa soft is sympathetic and doesn’t involve any jumping. You are given extra time to get to grips with the movements, and there is scope to adapt the exercises based on your own ability. Here you exercise your body for what it is made for. You stretch and rotate, push up, bend and walk. Gentle exercise for the whole body.
