But there are those who love the rush of high intensity and maxing out. Feeling the sweat pour and your muscles scream for oxygen. It's a near-life experience.
Tips along the way: Extreme workouts require good basic fitness, good technique and physical self-awareness. You will get the most out of your workout and reduce your risk for injury if you gradually increase your weights and intensity. Make sure to intersperse recovery and less intensive training between your extreme workouts.
