Here, you work out your entire body with gym machines, body weight exercises and equipment such as kettlebells, balls and resistance bands. The pace is high!
You will challenge your endurance and aim for a racing pulse. Cirkelgym HIT makes great demands on your physical capacity and your willpower.
The session begins with a run-through of the equipment, where the class leader takes you through all the different exercises. After the warm-up, it’s time to get down to business. The leader will coach and encourage you throughout the session. Not only are the exercises high intensity, but also the leadership. You don’t need to worry about the pace of the music. Just go for it!
