Spin giro is a tough spinning class where the focus is on performance. It’s perfect if you want a real workout challenge and want to increase your capacity.
The session has been developed together with Mattias Reck, who is the trainer of a world-leading cycling team. Spin giro is held during a total of 24 weeks between autumn and spring. The weeks are divided into four periods with increasing intensity. Every six weeks, the structure is replaced with a new, tougher version, so make sure to begin at the beginning!
This session is aimed at cyclists, experienced spinners and those who wish to challenge their own boundaries. The purpose is to train your physical capacity on the bike in the best possible way. By the end of the last period, you’ll be in top condition ready for cycle races and other challenges. Get ready to leave your comfort zone!
