Box

Adrenaline with primeval power

Box is a tough martial arts-inspired training session. Both your strength and conditioning receive a workout, as well as your explosiveness and speed. Perfect for adrenaline junkies and those who enjoy the team experience – and who are not afraid of a bit of the rough stuff.

The workout is based on a range of kicks and punches with boxing gloves and mitts. You don’t need any previous experience of similar training as you’ll learn the skills and technique during the session.


Most of the session is spent training in pairs. You take it in turns to hit and to take the strain, which comprises a natural interval training where you can give each other encouragement. The martial arts components are alternated with strength and fitness exercises, such as press-ups, squats and sit-ups. Dynamic agility training brings the session to a satisfying end.


The atmosphere at Box is social and focused, with a glint in the eye. If you want it, there is scope here to really bring you out of yourself. Discover your inner primeval power!


Trying for the first time? Choose to train with someone who is of a similar height. You will find your workout partner during the session, so you don’t need to bring anyone with you.
