How subscriptions work
- You sign up for 12 months (binding period). The agreement then runs until you terminate it. Note that cancellation of the direct debit authorisation via your bank does not count as termination.
- The relevant amount is withdrawn on the 28th of each month from the bank account you provided.
- For the first 12 months you are protected against any price increases.
- You must have reached 18 years of age and have a Swedish personal identity number to take out a subscription. If you are under 18 your parent/guardian must take out the subscription for you.
How to create a subscription
- Explain that you would like to pay by direct debit when you buy a gym pass at the facility or select subscription when buying your pass on our website or app Mitt Friskis.
- The bank account you provide needs to be a personal account or transaction account. It is not possible to link a business account, savings account or PlusGiro to your direct debit payments.
- You pay the current year’s membership fee and a cash down payment immediately. The size of the cash down payment depends on when the payment by direct debit is to begin.
- Your gym pass begins to be valid immediately. If you have bought the pass on our website or app Mitt Friskis you can collect it at your facility.
Your membership fee
The membership fee of SEK 100 is paid separately every calendar year. The membership applies to all gym passes, even when you pay by direct debit. You pay the fee when you buy your pass and after that separately in December of each following year.
Change of bank account
Do you want to change your bank account number for direct debit payments? Do any of the following:
- Log in at the website booking > “Mina sidor” > change bank account under “Betalningsuppgifter”.
- Log in at the app Mitt Friskis “Profil” > “Cog weel” > “Betalningsuppgifter”.
- Contact reception at the facility and they will make the change for you on-site.
- The change must be made no later than the 15th of the relevant month so that the new bank account can be activated by the next withdrawal.
Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel your subscription via e-mail to fragorochsvar@uppsala.friskissvettis.se. Write Subscription in the subject line of your e-mail.
- You can also go to the reception at one of our facilities.

- The cancelling must be made no later than the 15th of the relevant month.
- Your subscription can be frozen on one occasion per year for a maximum of two calendar months. E-mail to fragorochsvar@uppsala.friskissvettis.se. Write Subscription in the subject line of your e-mail. Or go to the reception at the facility and we will help you.
Binding period
The binding period for subscriptions is 12 months. If you terminate it before the binding period has expired the remaining withdrawals are made monthly by direct debit.
Transfer gym pass
You can not transfer the subscription, but you can change the user of your gym pass. You both need to visit one of our gym facilities together and we will help for a cost of 100 SEK. The person who is to take over your pass needs to become a member and pay the membership fee (100 SEK).
In the event of missed payments or doping
At Friskis&Svettis Uppsala we have the right to terminate subscription agreements with members who on repeated occasions mismanage their monthly payments, refuse a doping test or are guilty of doping.
