High-tempo weight training ending with intervals
At SkivstångIntervall, you get straightforward strength training with no-nonsense intervals as the final clincher. Here you train to driving music as part of a group, using a weights bar with free weights. Following strength training for the entire body, you finish off with 15 minutes of interval training: simple and full-on exercises which really get the pulse racing as you approach the finishing line.
The leader guides you to find the right technique and motivates you to maximise your capacity. It is up to you to choose your own weights and you decide how strenuous the session will be. At SkivstångIntervall, you work on the stability, conditioning and strength of your whole body. A strength experience with a conditioning boost and lots of music.
