Spin watt is spinning for those who like numbers and keeping track of their workouts. The watt meter shows you how much energy you produce while pedalling through the session, that is, the effect of your workout. Or simply, how much effort you put into it.
We run the usual Spin elements, that is, Spin intervall and Spin distans and add the watt meter to the equipment.
The trainer guides you through the session with FTP (Functional Threshold Power), a type of average power as a baseline. The trainer also guides you so you can forget the meter and go by feel.
The feel of the session is focused and motivated throughout, and often with subdued lighting. A great chance to really work up a sweat!
