After a simple warm-up, we work with different Tabata intervals. An interval is 4 minutes where we work 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Sometimes the purpose is to stabilize and find the strength and sometimes we work explosively with high pulse. The exercises are simple and it is easy to adjust to a level that suits you. We work with different equipment and try to get the most out of every 20 second. You do one exercise at a time and you work at your own pace - you don't have to work at the pace of the music. Of course, you can customize your workout according to your day form.
