Plaza soft is an all-round class designed for the zoned Plaza area. Plenty of time, clear instructions and a great atmosphere. If you already like or want to start to enjoy versatile training in a gym environment, this is the class for you.
In Plaza soft, you get the opportunity to work out in fitness and strength zones. In the fitness zone, you will encounter rowing, SkiErg and other cardio machines. In the strength zones you will encounter medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells and other free weights.
Following an introduction to the workout structure, the exercises themselves and a functional warmup, it will be time to take your place. You will work in each zone for a set amount of time. The area timer will help you keep track of how much time is left in each zone.
In Plaza soft, you will receive clear guidance and solid tips from your trainer. You will be cheered on by the others in the group while you work on the exercises at your own pace in your own little bubble. It is easy to adapt the workout to your level by going at your own pace and choosing your own weights. Chill out or sweat, it’s your choice.
Plaza soft takes its inspiration from gym training and from Friskis’ method of working with soft training, that is, at a stress-free pace with great opportunities to tailor to your own needs and with extra clear guidance, without compromising quality or drive in your workout. By overlapping fitness and strength, you get a great all-round workout. And maybe you’ll also find inspiration and ideas for your own gym sessions.
