You work with one exercise at a time and go at your own speed – the music will fill you with energy. Naturally, you can adapt the workout according to your fitness levels, but you can expect motivation and a large dose of power!
At Power Hour Soft, you will have plenty of time to get into each exercise. The leader will focus extra on helping you find the best way to tackle the exercises. This session is particularly suitable if you are new, unaccustomed, or prefer to train at a stress-free pace.
