Collective spirit with the machines
Combine strength training in the gym with a collective spirit and you get Cirkelgym, gym circuit training! Here your whole body receives a workout by using simple fitness machines and equipment such as kettlebells, gym bands and free weights. The fitness machines make it easy for you to perform each exercise correctly.
The session begins with a run-through of the equipment, where the class leader takes you through all the different exercises. After the warm-up, it’s time for two circuits. The leader will help you with the techniques and encourage you throughout the session.
At Cirkelgym, you exercise at your own pace and don’t need to think about the tempo of the music. Choose to focus on perfecting the techniques, or train with speed and vigour and get a conditioning workout into the bargain. Lone wolf or member of the pack – there’s room for all.
