Building up with your baby
Get started with your training in a gentle and constructive way! Our Mammaträning is a variant of our group workout session where you can take your baby with you. Your child lies on a blanket next to while you get to exercise. The exercises and session structure have been customised to build up your stability and strength from scratch.
Mammaträning is ideal during the first year, until your child begins to crawl. If you’ve recently given birth, a good guideline is to resume training after around 8 weeks. We recommend that you wait until you have been to your doctor or midwife for your postnatal check-up before you begin training, so that you can be sure that your body is ready. Look forward to a session together, on your terms.
Trying for the first time? You’ll receive a warm welcome! Here you’ll find all you need to adapt the workout in accordance with your condition (and your child’s mood). Feel free to ask the session leader if you have any concerns.
