Here, you train in a small group with one of our awesome trainers. The character and intensity of the workouts differ, from soft to HIT. Sometimes we use fitness equipment such as rowing machines or focus on specific strength exercises such as dead lifts or squats. Pass i gymmet can also address different target groups such as expectant mothers or those training for a race. Keep an eye on the schedule to see what's going on.
Naturally, you are free to go at your own pace and customise your workout depending on how you're feeling. The trainer is there to motivate, support and challenge you every step of the way. The group's energy and the gym's inspiring atmosphere will pump you up with drive and motivation.
