The fundamental idea of Friskis&Svettis is that training and exercise shall be accessible for everybody. If you have different functional abilities, whatever they may be, you are more than welcome to attend our group training sessions where the exercises can be adapted to meet your own levels of ability. Skip certain exercises or add some new ones – make your own personal session as part of a group!
