Juniorfys

Playful physical training for 6-12-year olds without adults

Juniorfys is a playful circuit training session with music. This involves all-round exercise with a focus on what our bodies are designed to do, such as pulling, pushing, jumping and bending. The session is ideal for children aged 6-12 years.

At Juniorfys, children train without their parents but without ever being truly alone. The children tackle a circuit of exercise stations, with occasional breaks for motivational exercises together with the rest of the group. The session begins with the leader giving a run-through of all the circuit’s exercises. Then it’s full speed ahead! The leader contributes with support and motivation throughout.

Juniorfys involves variation and is ideal for children’s ways of switching between full-speed and rest. The exercises are playful and incorporate both simple equipment and variations requiring no equipment at all. Push yourselves to the max at Juniorfys!
