Training on a spin bike, you work in three different positions – one seated and two standing – for a varied training effect. You decide how tough your session will be as you are in control of the resistance settings for your bike.
The workout begins with distance training that interacts with the varying and flowing character of the music. You can then recharge during a transition so that you can tackle the intervals –the session’s final spurt!
The leader guides you through the session and motivates you to find the racing pulse and the intensive workout feeling during the intervals. The motivation of the final push will see you over the line!
Trying for the first time? Just turn up! Due to the size of the spin bike, you should be at least 150 cm tall.
