Spin flow is a pleasant conditioning workout with inner focus. By training with an even physical strain for a prolonged period of time, you aim to get into the rhythmic flow where the pedalling almost takes care of itself.
Training on a spin bike, you are in control of the resistance settings. The aim is for you to experience a comfortable level of physical strain throughout the entire session. This gives you the feeling of being able to continue hour after hour.
The music is often suggestive and repetitive, which reinforces the sensation of flow. The leader will guide and motivate you, but also allows you the space to find your own focus. A chance to just be in your body and in the music.
Trying for the first time?
You’ll receive a warm welcome! Due to the size of the spin bike, you should be at least 150 cm tall.
