Pedal away to the music
Spin distans gives you effective fitness conditioning without any fuss. Training on a spin bike, you cycle in three different positions – one seated and two standing – to vary the training effect.
At Spin distans, the varying character of the music forms an ‘audio landscape’ of tough uphill climbs, faster passages and pleasant straight stretches. The leader guides you throughout the session but it is up to you to decide how tough it will be – using the resistance settings, you are in control of whether you want an easier ride or prefer to really pound those pedals.
The feel of the session is focused and motivated throughout and often with subdued lighting. A great chance to really work up a sweat!
