Raise the roof in cardio corner
Escape the boredom of the stair climber and the treadmill. At Cardio mix, you can raise the roof using the gym’s fitness machines with a major dose of stimulation and a group feeling. This uses intervals to give you a really good fitness workout. Energy levels are high, the sweat is pouring and a high five is never far away.
During your workout, you will alternate between a range of fitness machines, including rowing machines, treadmills, exercise bikes, cross-trainers and ski-trainers. It’s up to you whether you maintain a steady pace or go all in.
What is certain is that you will work up a sweat. This is high-tempo fitness training with no messing about!
