Spin soft gives you stress-free fitness conditioning without any fuss. This is perfect if you are a beginner, if you want to get started with working out, or if you want a recovery session following some tough training challenges.
The session is structured in the same way as Spin distans, but with a lower level of intensity. The leader gives extra clear guidance throughout the session and we stay seated on the bike (instead of standing) for much longer than in Spin distans.
At Spin soft, the varying character of the music forms a ‘landscape’ of tough uphill climbs, faster passages and pleasant straight stretches. The leader guides you throughout the session, but you decide how easy or how challenging it will be for you.
The feel of the session is relaxed and motivated throughout and often with subdued lighting. A great chance to really work up a sweat, on your own terms.
Trying for the first time? Great! This is the session for you! Due to the size of the spin bike, you should be at least 150 cm tall.
