Are you as stiff as a stick? Perfect! Training at Flex soft allows you to build up your flexibility from scratch. You soften and stretch your muscles and joints using mostly dynamic movements (unlike stretching, where you stretch out while remaining still).
The feeling is focused and gentle. You exercise without any equipment as here it’s your body that takes the strain. The focus is on flexibility but your stability will also be challenged.
At Flex Soft, you will work with natural patterns of motion (such as bending down, reaching upwards and turning around) and find your point of maximum extension. You will have plenty of time to get into each exercise, and the leader places additional focus on helping you to find the best way to tackle the exercises. This session is particularly suitable if you are new, unaccustomed or if you prefer to train at a stress-free pace.
Take it in and stretch out. Don’t be surprised if you find new muscles and joints in your body.
