Develop your training in the gym
Here, you have the perfect opportunity to really focus and get to grips with a particular training technique or exercise. Be inspired by equipment such as kettlebells and suspension trainer bands or by a specific exercise, such as dead lifts and squats.
In Workshop, we meet in small groups with a trainer. You will learn theory and techniques and try things out for yourself. Get a feel for a number of exercises and get individualised feedback and tips for continuing your training on your own. A real inspirational injection to your training!
