Sweat and have fun with Modus
Modus is made up of two parts: General training and specific training. General training entails fitness, strength and mobility training. Specific training entails directed, inspiring and sometimes surprising exercises such as 3D strength, explosiveness, toe strength, ski prep and speed exercises. The combination of general and specific training makes for a holistic mix of all the training you need.
Modus is training that feels like training. The exercises are straightforward and direct. The variation and playfulness come from the methods, that is, how the exercises are combined and done.
The load is on a level that caters to many and that can be adapted depending on the shape you are in. It involves no equipment. Occasionally, we play music to get just the right feel, but don’t worry about keeping the beat. At the end of a module, you have a chance to chill out for a while before the next module starts.
Modus is built up, module by module. Each module is either five or nine minutes long. There are many modules to choose from and your trainer can pretty much combine them as they wish. This flexibility keeps Modus new and fresh, maintaining its all-round nature. The modules also contribute to giving the class a clear structure.
Modus is straightforward and clear. And yet, it is entirely new. The concept of “a bit of everything, a lot of one thing” means that Modus works for a lot of people. No matter who you are and where you are headed, you’re bound to find something you like about Modus.
