Party training with power
Straightforward with simple techniques and high energy. At Power hour, you get a real all-round session for both strength and fitness. A medicine ball is on hand to provide resistance, to help you with the techniques and to add some extra feeling to the session.
After a no-nonsense warm-up which raises your pulse considerably, the session structure features a loop of 11 strength exercises. The pace of the exercises means that you also work on your fitness. Certain exercises train your elasticity and explosiveness, while also adding extra pressure to the session.
You work with one exercise at a time and go at your own speed: you don’t need to keep time with the music. Naturally, you can adapt the workout according to your fitness levels, but you can expect driving music, maximum motivation and a large dose of power!
