Flex provides functional training all the way out to your fingertips. Here you will challenge your flexibility by extending every movement as far as it will go. The feel is focused, athletic and filled with energy.
At Flex, your muscles and joints will be softened and stretched. You will work mainly with dynamic movements (unlike stretching, where you stretch out while remaining still). No equipment required – here it’s your body that takes the strain. The leader guides you to help you through the movements throughout the session.
Flex builds upon natural patterns of motion, incorporating both individual and combined exercises. The focus is on flexibility but your stability will also be challenged. Here you will build the conditions necessary for both daily life and training. Don’t be surprised if you find new muscles and joints in your body. Take it in, stretch out and enjoy the challenge!
