Seniorklubben is for those who feel that the other types of training at Friskis are too demanding. Here you’ll get a proper workout but the activities are soft and gentle, and easy to adapt to your own capability. After the session, for those that wish to, there’s an opportunity to relax with a coffee and a chat. Meeting and socialising is just as important as exercise!
The idea behind Seniorklubben is that senior exercisers can serve to inspire other seniors. This makes it easy to find like-minded friends and to really enjoy the friendly club atmosphere. And you also get healthy exercise! After a few meetings at the club, you may well feel that you’re less out of breath when walking, find it easier when tying your shoelaces and that carrying your shopping bags requires less of an effort.
