IntervallFlex is ideal for those who really like to push themselves and who are ready for some tough training. By combining high-intensity interval training with some challenging flexibility training, you will get a combination workout which simultaneously benefits your fitness, strength, explosiveness and flexibility. Guiding leadership and motivation from the whole group will help you to get through it.
During the first part of the session, you will challenge yourself with some interval training. You push your limits in one exercise at a time. The music helps to drive you on. In the second part, now you’ve well and truly warmed up, you increase your flexibility in a dynamic flow of movements. These elements combine to provide you with functional training for the whole body. IntervallFlex is an intense and focused experience.
